Membership in USIIA

USIIA is a trade association whose goal is to foster the growth of the Internet industry
through the development and support of its members. Membership is open to any
organization that supports this goal.

Companies whose primary business is the Internet, or who use the Internet as a primary
means of serving their customers, join as Corporate members of the Association and
enjoy the full benefits of membership. Corporate dues are based on a sliding scale,
dependent upon the company's Internet revenues:

$ 100 to $200 Million	$15,000	7
$ 200 to $500 Million	$20,000	8
$500 Million to $1 Billion	$25,000	10
$1 Billion and Up	$30,000	As Requested

Academic institutions and non-profit organizations may take an Academic/Non-Profit
Membership, which is $500 per year and is identical to the base-level corporate membership.

To join, simply complete the appropriate membership application and mail it with the
first annual dues check to the Association headquarters.
